skills and qualities needed in a creative managment project
What skills are needed for a successful production management?
The skills that you would need for a production management would be to have a good thoughts of generating and original idea of a drama film so that it is a good start of the pre production. You would also have to have good communication skills with your team as you would have to make it clear and understandable of what you want to do during the pre production and production in order for it to run smoothly and achieve what you want. Being organised is another skill that would be required as you would need to know what each part of the pre production is and know what you have to do based on that. Having a good imagination is an important skill to have when working on a film project as that means that you are being creative with your ideas and you would think about how the production will go by having a skill such as that.
what qualities are needed in team members?
I think that there should be a lot of qualities in team members as that will help them to work well with each other and will make the production run at a faster rate. One of the qualities that I would require in all of the team members when preparing for a drama film is confidence as it is always has a huge benefit as everyone is speaking freely about what they think and that can lead to multiple ideas of the pre production and will help in the next stage of production. Passion is another good qualities to have between team members who are planning on a production as an interest in the work is a good quality to have because it creates a good atmosphere between the team members and helps them work better together to decide on what they should do to make their film very good. Commitment to the production work is another key quality to have with team members as being committed to do the work on the production.
